Project Overview
Context
I focused on creating a user-friendly interface that supports busy restaurant workflows. The redesign improves speed and accuracy for tasks such as order entry, payment processing, and accessing real-time reports, while keeping the system flexible for multi-location operations.
Why the Redesign?
The existing POS interface was powerful but complex, leading to slower workflows and more errors in busy restaurant environments. The goal was to simplify interactions without sacrificing functionality.
Goals
Streamline order entry, payments, and reporting for staff.
Reduce training time for new employees.
Make the interface flexible enough for multi-location and multi-role use.

Original Design – clunky, outdated

Additional Functionalities
Refunds / Reservations & Waitlist / Seating / Food Modifers
